    Job Description

    We are looking for a high energy Insights leader with an unwavering focus on the customer that supports the marketing organization to drive business outcomes.

    This individual will be responsible for leading a team of insights professionals who support both the development of national advertising campaigns and elevating the impact of our owned channels (i.e., McDonald's app, Kiosk and Menu Boards).

    Key Responsibilities Include

    • Serving as lead customer consultant to support OPNAD national advertising campaigns

    • Collaborating with creative and media agency partners to bring insights to life

    • Training, coaching and developing team in leveraging consumer insights tools to inform campaign development

    • Collaborating with Dir - Front-End Strategy and Innovation and integrating across GTM team members to ensure seamless transition from strategy to Marketing execution and tie-In to owned channels

    • Cascading learnings and principles to local Field teams and agency partners

    The expected salary range for this role is $168,350-$218,960

    The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we may also consider your experience, and other job-related factors.

    Qualifications

    • Experienced leader in Insights or Marketing - minimum of 8 years

    • Clear understanding of Marketing principles and advertising campaign development process

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Consumer Insights or Business, Master's preferred

    • Strong collaborator and willingness to quickly adapt to the changing needs of the business

    • Well-versed on modern insights methods - experience in behavioral science principles is a plus
