    Possess a deep knowledge of Walgreens, the drug channel and retail marketplace. Be deeply connected to Walgreens Operations, Merchandising, Supplier Community, Shopper and Leadership. To be the "go to" person by the Walgreens' leadership team for best practices, innovation and engagement. Always Lead Premium's and The Acosta Group brand with professionalism. To have a bias for growth by driving sales and constantly exploring additional services which drive revenue and margin generating opportunities.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible and accountable for all Walgreens WPRE controllable items. To include but not limited to - revenue, completion-compliance results, forecasting, and issue resolution.

    • Manage on-site team of (5) Business Development Managers and (1) Project Manager.

    • Provides leadership and development to team members with respect to employee, business, and ethical issues including cultivating positive team and growth environment

    • Deliver growth and KPI targets for Premium and clients for all WPRE customers serviced by the team

    • Responsible for effectively managing business relations within Walgreens

    • Must have a keen knowledge of Walgreens category programs, calculations/methodology and their financial impact on the team

    • Foster relationship with Client Operations team maintain relationships with this team for client invoicing and ticket resolution

    • Responsible for consistently evaluating the team's Business Development Managers and Project Manager and providing feedback to enhance performance

    • Responsible for the implementation and execution of Walgreens and customer supplier plans to drive maximum value

    • Owns the communication and transfer of knowledge about Walgreens changes and insights to drive understanding across relevant Premium stakeholder positions

    • Intelligently analyze, benchmark, interpret data across multiple sources to identify opportunities to promote/sell additional Premium and Acosta Group services

    • Develop and present customer presentations

    • Develop meeting content and lead WPRE Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Review meetings

    • Conduct Supplier and Merchant Business Review meetings

    • Train WPRE team to achieve high performance results

    • Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum Qualifications-Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Bachelor's degree in business or related experience, 5 years CPG industry experience with 2 years of headquarter selling experience.

    • Chicago, IL based position able to commute daily to Deerfield, IL

    • Computer Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel with pivot tables, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint

    • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations : None.

    • Physical Demands: Office - sitting, typing, answering calls, walking to meetings, etc. (INCLUDE MERCHANDISER REP DEMANDS)

    • Supervisory Responsibilities : Yes.

    • Work Environment : Walgreens office, remote, and field environment, with 25% or less travel.
