Location: UCHealth Leprino Building AMC, Aurora, CO
Department: Spiritual Care Services
FTE: Full Time, 80 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $43.25 - $69.19 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Minimum Required Education: Master's degree in Theology or related field.
Required Licensure/Certification: Ordained or member of a religious vocation and have denominational endorsement.
Minimum Experience: 5 years of relevant experience. Leadership experience in an academic medical setting preferred.

Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.
Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including spiritual care delivery, budget development and compliance, and complaint management to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
Plans and monitors staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives. Develops and conducts education.
Performs Spiritual care services, including counseling, religious rites and sacraments, worship services and assistance with biomedical ethical decision-making.
