    Opportunity

    This opportunity is with the newly formed Stores and Services Digital Experience team. This product management role sits at the intersection of business and technology, ensuring capabilities and outcomes continuously delight our customers and deliver business value. This key role is responsible for managing the product backlog and delivering customer value. The role works closely with stakeholders to define the product vision, prioritize features and user stories, and ensure that the development team is focusing on the right solutions to meet customer needs.

    Specific Responsibilities

    • Develops product vision and objectives, mapped to business strategies and outcomes.

    • As the product owner (PO) of one or more products, leads teams of designers, developers, engineers, and others in bringing innovative solutions to life.

    • Conducts customer discovery and research to understand the problems to solve, jobs to be done, and nuances of Stores and Services personas.

    • Partners with business stakeholders to understand and align on priorities, requirements, and key deliverables.

    • Develops and communicates product roadmaps, backlogs, and release plans.

    • Participates in cross-functional planning sessions to identify dependencies and areas of alignment with other products and platforms.

    • Validates the quality and effectiveness of team deliverables through continuous testing and measurement.

    • Manages the product backlog and prioritizes the tasks based on business requirements.

    • Oversees all stages of product creation, from design, development, and testing, through implementation.

    • Collaborates with the product team and end-users to deliver updates and status reports.

    • Participates in all Agile/Scrum meetings and ceremonies.

    Skills/Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a digital Product Owner in a relevant industry or set of products required.

    • Experience conducting in-depth customer research, including development of customer journey maps and personas, to identify and communicate pain points and opportunities required.

    • Practical application of design thinking practices.

    • Experience working in a product management operating model required.

    • Experience working with Agile frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban required.

    • Knowledge of UX and UI principles required.

    • Familiarity with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) goal methodology required.

    • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.

    • Ability to effectively negotiate and align with peers and stakeholders.

    • Expert in navigating technical and business domains to ensure product development is driving business outcomes.

    • Experience managing retail technology products, such as point-of-sales systems or customer relationship management systems. Microsoft D365 and Salesforce preferred.

    • Bachelor's degree in relevant business or technology discipline required.

    Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

    The salary range for this position is $113,000 - $143,950. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
