    Huntington has embarked on a journey to invest in and optimize the Digital customer experience for Commercial clients. The Commercial Digital organization is a team of talented product leaders focused on delivering best-in-class experiences to our colleagues and customers. We are building new customer experiences and simplifying our business processes to promote self-service and drive collaboration with our colleagues and customers.

    As the Commercial Digital Platform Director, you will design and implement Commercial digital platform strategy as part of Commercial segment's strategic objectives. You will define the customer experience vision, working with customers to understand their needs and what problems they are trying to solve with Huntington's digital solutions. You will be responsible for the full product development lifecycle for our customers.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Understand Huntington's strategic and competitive position and deliver digital solutions that are recognized as best in industry

    • Develop market insights by defining the target client segment markets and evaluating industry trends.

    • Define the product roadmap ensuring business objectives and key results align to the product vision

    • Manage executive stakeholder relationships and communicate updates on the product strategy, progress, and performance.

    • Collaborate with the Architecture, User Experience and technology to understand feasibility and establish release plans

    • Define, monitor and analyze metrics that inform the success of the product lifecycle

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree

    • 7+ years of experience in financial services industry and experience in development and integration of systems into businesses

    • Strong knowledge of digital channels and product development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills with the ability to integrate change management and drive results through implementation

    • Highly collaborative leadership skills with the ability to get others excited about the vision/mission and creates forward momentum & gets stuff done beyond their individual contributor-ship

    • Ability to develop, refine and execute a digital strategy

    • Ability to educate and drive awareness and expertise of Digital Sales & Service

    • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

    • Problem solving skills / ability to handle complex issues

    • Master's Degree
