  • The Digital Intern will be mostly focused on Robotic Processing Automation (RPA). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate regarding product. enhancements and new products to meet customers' changing expectations. Maintain existing/develop new departmental metrics. Communicate and train customer contact personnel on uses of and changes in product. Support department by creating and maintaining procedures related to internal processes and application workflow.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • A overall GPA of 3.5 is strongly preferred, along with a 18 business related credits
    • Preference will be given to students who are entering their Junior and Senior year of college
    • Preference will be given to Cape Cod residents or those with housing arrangements already in place on Cape Cod.
    • Strong analytical and computer skills, as well as the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing is essential
    • Previous employment experience in a bank, accounting or finance environment is preferred
    • Strong customer service skills and experience preferred
    • Must have cyber security awareness to protect the digital environment, the Bank, and customers.
