    Help bring omnichannel retail to life for Premium clients as a Digital In-Store Product Manager. This role has a large hand in content development in the form of copy and graphics, as well as weekly and monthly content calendars, setting & monitoring KPIs for program measurement, and is well versed in the analytic tools for social and digital performance for all programs. This role is also responsible for the weekly and monthly analytics reporting for the agency and the client programs and has great client-facing presentation skills.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for the day-to-day execution of Windows 11 devices running RDX and Connected Screen executions across key CA accounts.

    • Partner closely with the America's RDX Lead and RDX PM to ensure consistency in content & experiences between US and CA.

    • Partner with Graphic Design & Agency teams to create content that will be deployed across a variety of digital in-store footprints.

    • Provide support for FR-CA translations when needed, ensuring all marketing materials are appropriately localized.

    • Manage internal processes to support Retailer Digital Fact Tag & content customizations on RDX devices.

    • Ensure Connected Screens are functioning correctly on a daily basis using Azure based Digital Content Management System.

    • Manage Connected Screen content updates using established Smartsheet process on a regular basis.

    • Serve as Project Manager to update & install new Digital Signage Solutions & Connectivity Solutions in designated CA locations.

    • Conduct field site visits at least 1x per month to ensure consistency and accuracy of digital in-store executions.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum Education and Work Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, PR, or related fields.

    • Three years of relevant work experience.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements

    • Proven ability to adhere to brand-specific voice.

    • Creative and design-minded individual with experience creating compelling, on-brand graphics.

    • Extensive analytics and reporting knowledge to deliver timely analytics to clients and agency.

    • Ability to interact with clients and suppliers in a professional and prepared manner.

    • Willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.

    • Ability to work autonomously and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to keep abreast of emerging digital marketing platforms (mobile, digital signage, innovative digital solutions, social media, apps, etc.)
