    What you'll do

    • Set the strategic direction with our clients to realize their business objectives through data and technology.

    • Define strategies to accelerate value realization from digital platforms and services, supported by proven design techniques.

    • Design end-to-end system capabilities mapped to business roles and functions to create fit-for-business solutions.

    • Support roadmap creation to ensure benefits are realized at planned milestones.

    • Help clients understand the short and long-term change implications of digital and technology shifts across policy, people, process, and analytical dimensions.

    • Explore and elaborate on the operational implications and impacts arising from your recommendations to enable clients to realize their transformation ambitions.

    Skills and experiences

    • 2+ years of management consulting experience at a reputable company, with direct client experience.

    • Must have a degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.

    • Understanding of design thinking approaches with user-centricity in mind.

    • A rich understanding of service design to bring experiences, processes, and technology together.

    • Strong analytical and research skills to derive insights that inform strategies.

    • Demonstrable skills in analyzing and understanding a variety of problems experienced by medium to large-scale organizations from strategy to implementation.

    • The ability to evolve, conceptualize, and communicate new ideas using strong storytelling techniques, and create compelling content for playback.

    • A track record of supporting project work and deliverables through coordination, focus on outcomes, clear communication, and empathy for people from different backgrounds.

    • A knack for explaining complex technologies, frameworks, and concepts in non-technical language.

    • Insatiable curiosity for digital transformation at the leading edge and the potential it has.

    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft enterprise products and platforms is a bonus.
