Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the dietitian, performs the necessary clinical support functions related to approving therapeutic menu selections and ensuring accuracy as well as appropriate temperatures of patient trays. Qualifications:
Education and Work Experience

1. AA degree in Food Science/Nutrition preferred.
2. One (1) year of healthcare experience working with modified diets preferred
