  • Job Title: Desktop Support Technician

    Description

    We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Desktop Support Technician to join our team. As a Level 2 Desktop Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving software and hardware incidents, tasks, and requests escalated through our service management software. This includes, but is not limited to, operating systems (Windows and Mac), mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and a range of software applications.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, tasks, and requests escalated through service management software.

    • Ensure the completion of all assigned work and maintain proper communication with clients, meeting service level agreements, customer satisfaction, and service demands.

    • Perform programming and related administrative tasks for managed printers.

    • Conduct hands-on physical repair of laptops.

    Qualifications

    • Ability to be certified in Dell and HP hardware repairs.

    • Strong customer service orientation.

    • Adaptive and flexible with excellent problem-solving skills.

    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

    • Compliance with all company training, legal, and ethical requirements.

    Experience and Education

    • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.

    Top Skills Required

    • Certification in Dell and HP hardware repairs.

    • Strong customer service orientation.

    • Adaptability, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.

    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

    Enterprise Required Skills

    • Desktop support and break/fix (Dell, Lenovo).

    • Documentation through a ticketing system (ServiceNow).

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00
