    BAE Systems is seeking candidates with desktop support experience to staff the EUC( End User Computer) mission.Thestaff will provide HQ Tier 2 desktop support Monday through Friday between the core hours (07:00 17:00 EST) to customers located at both 500 C. Street and 400 C. Street SW, Washington DC. The Staff will work 8 hours shift daily.

    The staff shall receive escalated incidents as prioritized by the Government EUC manager, according to defined criteria.

    They shall assist FEMA EUC users by responding to escalated tickets for the following types of support requests:

    • Assist customers, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate technical support

    • Reviewmalfunctioningcomputingdevicesand/orassociatedhardwaretoisolatedefectivepartsor determine whether inappropriate logical configurations are causing malfunctions

    • Re-image and encrypt laptop computers.

    • Deploy new and replace broken or outdated hardware: printers, scanners, faxes, smartphones

    • Remediation of unresolved patches and corrupt software installations

    • Workstation/Laptop Hardware - Configuration Management Support

    • Software and application support

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    • Active Top Secret Clearance

    • Requires a High School diploma, AS or BS preferred.

    • Requires 4 years relevant experience without a Degree or 2 years relevant experience with a degree.

    • 3 years of experience with proficiency supporting Microsoft Windows 10.

    • 2 years of experience providing over the phone hardware & software troubleshooting.

    • 2 years of experience with Remedy Help Desk, or similar help desk system.

    • 3 years of experience with proficiency supporting Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Demonstrated ability to interact and work with a diverse customer base.

    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

    Desired Skills

    • Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCP) is desirable.

    Pay Information

    Full-Time Salary Range: $54560 - $87340

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
