Desktop Analyst II

Our client, one of the largest wholesale salon and beauty supply distributors of professional beauty products in the United States, is seeking a Desktop Analyst for their office in New York City. This person will be responsible for providing IT support onsite and over the phone for all company locations. This is a temporary position.

Job Title: Desktop Analyst II

Location: Manhattan, NY

Pay Range: $27.00-$29.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday- Friday (full-time)

What's the Job?

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues courteously and expeditiously

• Answer and appropriately handle incoming customer support requests via phone, ServiceNow, e-mail, and in-person requests.

• Document, track and monitor all problem/resolution activity in the tracking system to ensure a timely resolution.

• Install basic PC software applications (MS Office, Citrix, etc).

• Stage and configure new and existing desktops, laptops, peripherals.

• Assist in hardware and software asset management and assist in the hardware warranty repair process

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in IT

• Must be proficient in Windows and MAC
