    As a Design Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with design engineers on new product developments for the heavy equipment industry. This role involves designing in SolidWorks, working closely with drafters to model drawings supporting structure analysis, and collaborating with R&D on equipment prototyping. You will be performing FEA Analysis on prototypes and playing a crucial part in the development of new products. Additionally, you will also be expected to contribute to continuous improvement projects.

    Work Site

    • This is a fully on-site position in Pella, Iowa.

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Agriculture, Aerospace Engineering)

    • 3+ years with product design

    • 1+ year with FEA

    Work Environment

    This role operates in a Monday to Friday schedule, from 7AM to 4PM. The dress code is 'dress for your day', providing you the flexibility to choose your attire based on your daily tasks. While the work environment is primarily a cubicle setting, you will also be required to be on the floor testing products as part of your role.
