  • Overview

    SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Deputy Operations Manager to support the Contractor's labor force and resources to meet the overall O&M requirements of the Contract.

    Essential Job Duties

    • Support Operations Manager in the management of the public works performance on the contract.

    • Assist in monthly performance reviews both internally and with the customer.

    • Assist in effectively managing the financial goals of the contract and the company.

    • Have at least five years' experience managing the following public works functions:

    • Prime power production

    • Water plant operations

    • Wastewater plant operations and disposal

    • Facilities and infrastructure maintenance

    • Fire Alarm and Suppression System Maintenance

    • Physical Security Equipment and Infrastructure Maintenance

    • Engineering design

    • Minor construction

    • Grounds maintenance

    • Warehousing and inventory management

    Minimum Requirements

    • Active in Scope Secret clearance.

    • Associate degree in a related discipline or equivalent schools' training/certifications.

    • 4 years' experience in providing O&M support services to large facilities or operations (greater than $10 Million annual operations).

    Work Environment

    • Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.

    • Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.

    • Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
