Demand Generation Manager

Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Event Manager for an ongoing, remote contract opportunity. We anticipate the need for your services on a regular basis, coordinating and overseeing all aspects of virtual and in-person events for our client's company.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and coordinate diverse events from conferences to intimate meetings and parties both virtually and in-person.

• Liaise with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Conduct market research, gather information, and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals.

• Monitor event activities to ensure the client and event attendees are satisfied.

• Discuss event details with team members and delegate tasks as necessary.

• Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders.

• Propose ideas to enhance the event's success.

• Lead promotional activities for the event.

• Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems.

• Evaluate event's success and submit reports.

Requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Event Manager or similar role

• Knowledge of the event management and planning process.

• Excellent time management and communication skills.

• Sales skills and an ability to build productive business relationships.

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

• Proficiency in Salesforce and event software.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Public Relations, Marketing, or relevant field is preferred.
