Title: Demand Generation Manager
Division & Department: Enterprise Marketing
Status: Full-Time Exempt
Reports to: Sr. Director of Demand Generation
Location: Remote-Anywhere in the contiguous US
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute various marketing initiatives including strategic marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer engagement for FranklinCovey. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, data-driven decision-maker, and adept at managing cross-functional teams to drive successful B2B campaigns and achieve marketing goals and strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing technology and data analytics.
Essential Job Functions
Conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (such as paid social media, email, web, digital content) to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
Implement strategies to attract, qualify, and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from planning and execution to measurement and optimization.
Analyze campaign performance metrics, user engagement, and conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing.
Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure alignment and support marketing initiatives.
Lead the implementation of our chatbot enhancements and streamlining chatbot interactions.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience with content marketing, social media marketing, and demand generation.
Experience with 6 Sense, Marketo, Drift, and Google Analytics.
Strong understanding of marketing technology, including CRM, marketing automation, revenue intelligence platform, and analytics tools.
Proven track record of successful marketing campaign development and execution.
Analytics mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a remote environment.
For location-specific compensation
California - Anticipated compensation for this position is $85-95k. Actual offer may be outside of this prediction and will be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
