    Work You'll Do

    As a Strategy Summer Scholar, you'll work in a fast-paced environment that exposes you to a variety of experiences across industries, disciplines, and geographies, while you develop your business skills. You are a strategic storyteller, critical thinker, tech-savvy innovator, entrepreneur, and purpose-driven leader who thrive in ambiguity and enjoys working in team environments. You leverage a 'business first lens' across functional and industry topics to shape strategic agendas, drive enterprise transformations, and deliver innovative solutions to clients., and you have a passion for tackling a variety of business, technological, and organizational challenges head-on.

    As a Strategy Summer Scholar, you will work at the intersection of corporate, customer, M&A, workforce, and operational strategy. You will work alongside industry-leading clients to help them make decisions and implement enhancements to their organizations' strategy, productivity, performance, and long-term profitability. You will have the opportunity to exercise strong analytical skills, solve complex business problems, and communicate your findings to executive audiences. You will work both independently and collaboratively with a team to analyze and distill information to hypothesize, test, and develop recommendations. Example projects might include...

    • Building a go-to-market strategy and business case to bring a new product to market

    • Creating and executing an acquisition strategy to access new markets and guiding organizations through the acquisition

    • Conducting a technology assessment and building a new tech strategy to support future business needs

    • Crafting enterprise and operating model designs and guiding the organizations through the transition

    • Developing a supply chain operations strategy to improve efficiencies and reduce cost, and

    • Defining a digital/omnichannel customer experience and building a technology implementation roadmap

    • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.

    Required Qualifications

    • Enrollment in a full-time academic program with a target graduation date by Spring/Summer 2026

    • Bachelor's degree in progress in the following or related majors:

    • Business (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Org Behavior)

    • Economics

    • Science

    • Technology

    • Engineering

    • Mathematics

    • Operations & Supply Chain

    • Liberal Arts (e.g., Psychology, Industrial and Labor Relations)

    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

    • Strong academic credentials (3.3 cumulative GPA required, 3.5 cumulative GPA preferred).

    • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

    • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment

    The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $41/hour.
