Job Description
Insight Global is looking for Contact Centre Development Leads, Delivery Leads, and Application Owners to join the Contact Centre Technology team at a large financial institution. These individuals will run, own, and manage applications, put them through QA cycles and production, communicate with the business, development, and QA teams to troubleshoot defects and manage the application and service.

Skills and Requirements
-Strong experience with dialler
-Strong experience with Genesys software
-Strong experience with Verint or similar: Call Recording, Quality Monitoring, Speech Analytics, Desktop Process Analytics, Workforce Management Analytics
-Strong experience with IP Telephony technologies, products, and services
-Natural Language IVR
-Soft phone/hard phone understanding (SBC management, toll free, IP telephony) null
