Delivery Driver

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Delivery Driver to join our team in Tomah, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our valued customers while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

• Safely operate a company (or personal) vehicle to deliver products to customers within the Tomah area and surrounding regions
• Load and unload deliveries, ensuring proper handling of all items
• Verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures upon completion
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries professionally
• Assist with inventory management and stock organization when needed
• Adhere to all company policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations
• Collaborate with dispatch and other team members to optimize delivery routes and efficiency

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record meeting company standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries (if required)
• Minimum age of 18 with at least one year of driving experience
• Excellent knowledge of Tomah's local roads and traffic patterns
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in operating delivery-related technology and devices
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Previous experience in delivery or customer service roles (preferred)
