    in support of the day-to-day

    warehouse operations

    that may include, picking up and processing incoming inventory,

    delivering to customers location, picking up incoming inventory from vendors, routing their load, loading their

    truck

    and unloading their truck

    What You’ll Do:

    The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

    • Pick up vendor orders

      thoroughly checking the order to ensure the physical count matches the PO count and check for damage.

    • Completes the delivery by submitting goods and paperwork to Warehouse Supervisor for Receiving process completion.

    • Completes deliveries by safely loading inventory on trucks and safely driving to and from vendor and customer locations.

    • Completes Driver Log daily and reviews log with Supervisor at the end of the day.

    • Maintains trucks by completing preventative maintenance requirements, reporting safety and performance issues. Maintenance paperwork must be turned in to Controller.

    • Complies with federal,

      state

      and local warehousing, material handling, safety and shipping requirements.

    • Maintains quality customer service by following Company policies and procedures.

    • Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping

      truck clean and stocked with the necessities to do their job.

    • Protects Company by keeping information confidential.

    • Other duties as assigned

    Preferred Education & Experience:

    • High School diploma or equivalent required

    • Must possess a valid Driver’s License and excellent driving record

    • Prior experience working in a

      delivery driver

      environment strongly preferred

    • Ability to read, write,

      speak

      and understand the English language fluently, and communicate verbally and in writing at a professional level
