  • Description Reputable, global law firm is in search of a DEI Manager to join their team located in Los Angeles, California. This role primarily focuses on managing the operations and strategies of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the organization. As a DEI Manager, you will work closely with senior partners, handle people-related business, and contribute to the development of people processes and systems. This DEI Manager roles works a hybrid remote schedule and offers growth! Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations of DEI initiatives - Collaborate with senior partners to ensure the alignment of DEI strategies - Contribute to the development of people processes and systems - Monitor and support practice areas directly - Work towards the development and implementation of DEI strategies - Align DEI initiatives with affinity groups - Utilize skills in Supplier Diversity, Diversity Recruitment, and Diversity Management in everyday tasks - Assist in the management of DEI-related projects and programs - Maintain a strategic approach to the growth and effectiveness of DEI within the organization - Ensure the consistent implementation of DEI practices throughout the organization.
