    Position Summary

    Excellent high impact opportunity for an experienced Senior Wellbeing Consultant with a passion for consulting and improving overall population health and wellness. You will work in partnership with sales and account management teams to provide dedicated wellness consulting services to our national customer.

    Key components of the role include:

    • Assist with the development, coordination, management, and maintenance of a large national financial institution wellness program to reduce health risk and medical costs; and encourage healthy lifestyles addressing virtual, onsite and hybrid requirements.

    • Assist with the definition of practical and actionable wellness goals, gathering and defining baseline data and defining measures of success over time.

    • Participation with wellness committee and wellness champions to drive goals and advance the wellness culture.

    • Leverage existing programs, relationships, and resources to utilize wellness dollars wisely.

    • Coordinate onsite screening initiatives and engagement events with vendor partners.

    • Position, assess, and evaluate health promotion programs such as biometric screenings and health assessments (onsite, virtual and hybrid).

    • Implement support for onsite services. Work with third-party administrators to vet and implement new solutions and maintain current vendor relationships.

    • Develop communication pieces (i.e., newsletters, flyers) to promote aspects of the wellness programming.

    • Support client's benefits/total rewards team in various wellness events (onsite, virtual and hybrid) to answer questions about wellness programs and encourage participation in available programs, coordinate referral to appropriate programs as necessary.

    • Recommend meaningful incentive strategies that drive participation in new and existing programs.

    • Collaborate with client's third-party advocacy carrier to drive better engagement and awareness of the advocacy carrier clinical resources.

    • Present Aetna specific resources and programs to client for consideration

    Required Qualifications

    • Role is based in NYC and functions primarily in eastern standard time. There may be rare occasions an early morning is requested to connect with other customer counterparts.

    • Ability to travel in metro New York area.

    • 5+ years of experience working in employer health and wellness promotion fostering a culture of wellness in a corporate environment.

    • 5+ years of experience with wellness programs and services

    • 3+ years demonstrated project management experience.

    • 2+ years of experience with corporate employee benefit programs

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills .

    • Develop a deep understanding of business needs, industry trends, and organizational goals to propose innovative solutions that drive strategic outcomes.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, fostering a collaborative and consultative approach to project delivery.

    • Computer systems or skills - MS Office suite including word, excel and PowerPoint.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Health Promotion, Public Health, Exercise Science, or related course of study. Master's preferred.

    • Experience supporting a global financial service population.

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree required.

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is

    $90,480.00 - $199,144.80

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
