Our client, a dynamic player in the building automation and control systems industry, is seeking a DDC Commissioning Technician to join their team. As a DDC Commissioning Technician, you will be part of a collaborative environment supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: DDC Commissioning Technician
Location: Raleigh, North Carolina ON-SITE
Pay Range: $25/hr - $40/hr
What's the Job?
Test and document all control points to ensure hardware and software meet operational sequences.
Perform functional testing and verification of all system functions as specified.
Generate, document, and track all punch list items and deficiencies.
Demonstrate system operations to customers and design teams.
Provide quality control inspections of installations and programming.
What's Needed?
3+ years of direct experience with DDC control systems.
Working knowledge of mechanical equipment sequences, including terminal boxes and VAV systems.
Understanding of control devices and their calibration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and people skills.
