DDC Technician

Our client, a dynamic player in the building automation and control systems industry, is seeking a DDC Commissioning Technician to join their team. As a DDC Commissioning Technician, you will be part of a collaborative environment supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: DDC Commissioning Technician

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina ON-SITE

Pay Range: $25/hr - $40/hr

What's the Job?

• Test and document all control points to ensure hardware and software meet operational sequences.

• Perform functional testing and verification of all system functions as specified.

• Generate, document, and track all punch list items and deficiencies.

• Demonstrate system operations to customers and design teams.

• Provide quality control inspections of installations and programming.

What's Needed?

• 3+ years of direct experience with DDC control systems.

• Working knowledge of mechanical equipment sequences, including terminal boxes and VAV systems.

• Understanding of control devices and their calibration.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and people skills.
