Data Entry Specialist

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Data Entry Specialist in the Livonia, Michigan area. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for tracking leads and KPIs in the company's software, answering phone calls, and working as a receptionist as well. The Specialist will be tracking performance of field technicians, water technicians, carpenters, and cleaners. This person needs to be great at working with other personalities and being able to be flexible on the job. There will be internal training on the company's software. The Data Entry Specialist will also be doing a small amount of data analysis & collaborating with several teams on different projects. This is a highly collaborative role.

% Breakdown:

- 35% answering the phone

- 25% working in company software managing KPIs

- 25% updating leads

- 15% working on projects with teams - running reports, updating the data entry, etc

- 3+ years of experience in Data Entry & Customer Service on the phones

- MS Office - Medical Insurance Background

- Catastrophe Insurance Background

- Insurance Background

- Construction Background null
