Data Entry Clerk

Description We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Waltham, Massachusetts, United States. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be given the important task of managing customer data, handling email correspondence, and ensuring the accuracy of customer records.

Responsibilities

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently

• Handle email correspondence with customers in a timely and detail-oriented manner

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and other tasks

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer credit records

• Use 10 Key Skills to perform calculations and other tasks

• Organize files and documents for easy retrieval and record-keeping

• Scan documents as required

• Type documents, correspondence, and other materials as needed

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times. Requirements - Demonstrated proficiency in 10 Key Skills

• Proven experience in Customer Service

• Advanced knowledge and experience in Data Entry

• Ability to handle Email Correspondence professionally

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word

• Experience in Organizing Files

• Ability to Perform Calculations accurately

• Experience in Scanning documents

• Excellent Typing skills
