Data Entry Clerk

Description

We are on the lookout for a proficient Part Time Data Entry Clerk to join our team, based in Brunswick, Maine. In this role, you will be tasked with maintaining and updating our system with accurate data, assisting in office administrative tasks, and ensuring customer inquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update data into our system

• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions

• Maintain the quality and integrity of records

• Contribute to the overall efficiency of the office by assisting with administrative tasks

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and other tasks

• Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times

• Prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion

• Work independently with minimal supervision

• Provide support to other teams as needed

• Assist with additional data entry tasks as required

Requirements

• Proficiency in Data Entry is mandatory as the role requires frequent input of information in our database

• Demonstrated experience in Customer Service is desirable as the position involves interacting with various stakeholders

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required to carry out daily tasks efficiently

• Organizational skills are essential for managing and organizing files effectively

• Experience working with Educational Institutions is an added advantage, though not mandatory

• Participate in training both on-site and virtual
