Your Role and Responsibilities

The Data Owner will be responsible for leading the Refugee Processing Center's data management strategy, encompassing all areas of data warehousing, data analytics, and business intelligence. This role will lead two distinct teams; one team focused on data engineering and architecture, designing, and building our ServiceNow data warehousing solutions, and another team of data analysts responsible for data exploration, analysis, trend identification, predictive analytics and modeling, and report generation for RPCs wide customer base.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the data warehouse and related infrastructure. Lead research into new technologies, methodologies, and best practices to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our data systems

Collaborate with the Security and Compliance team for the System Security Plan (SSP) and achieve Authority to Operate (ATO).

Responsible for organizational integration technologies and platforms, interface configuration in a multi-system integration environment with packaged application customization.

Secret Clearance or Higher

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in data management roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions.

• Proven experience in designing and deploying data warehouse solutions, specifically with ServiceNow integration

• Extensive experience with data architecture and data warehousing principles and methodologies.

• Experience with modern data platforms and tools for data analysis, data quality, and business intelligence.

• Strong understanding of data analytics and predictive modeling techniques.

• Secret level clearance or higher

• Professional Data Warehouse Certifications

• Scrum Master Certification

The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
