Cybersecurity Communications Lead

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Communications Lead to join our Cybersecurity Team. The successful candidate will develop, deliver, and implement effective communication campaigns across the enterprise to support a cyber-aware culture.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute broad communication strategies and campaigns across multiple channels to raise awareness of cyber-related information and help foster a culture of cyber resilience across CVS Health.

• Support executive-level cybersecurity messaging and reporting.

• Develop and execute targeted communications programs and campaigns in support of key initiatives, including planning, analysis, drafting, and consultation with colleagues and key stakeholders.

• Partner with the Security Awareness team to support communication-related activities around Awareness initiatives, including mandatory training, Cyber Security Awareness Month activities and ongoing phishing campaigns.

• Serve as the key partner for communications teams across the technology and broader CVS Health organization.

• Advise the Office of the CISO on new communications strategies, services, and opportunities, including channels, content, and relevant events, to continue to enhance overall communications.

• Stay informed of emerging issues, risks and opportunities impacting CVS Health and provide timely and relevant advice to the leadership on communications opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Communications centered roles.

• 5+ years of experience developing materials such as communication drafts, communication plans and stakeholder/executive communications.

• 3+ years of experience being hands-on with SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Cybersecurity or Technical Teams/Programs.

• Experience working with both Confluence and Jira.

• Ability to craft and adapt technical content to a range of formats and make it relevant for various audiences, including non-technical groups.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience).

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is

$130,295.00 - $260,590.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
