We, at Enterprise IT Security, are on a mission to secure the IT journey for the Volvo Group. We work closely together with stakeholders across several Business Areas (BAs), Truck Divisions (TDs), and Group Functions (GFs). While the BAs are responsible for driving the business, the TDs provide research, development, purchasing, manufacturing, and assembly. Within Volvo Group, the GFs own the Group agenda, provide strategic direction, and have global responsibility in group-wide functions such as IT, legal, compliance and security.

The Cybersecurity Analyst will be responsible for leading the governance activities of the Cyber Defense Center (CDC) and streamlining improvements around our key processes. In this role you will drive both strategic and operational cross-functional agendas to mature our unit and operations. The CDC unit currently consists of five teams: Security Operations, CDC Engineering, Threat Hunting, Forensics and Investigations, Analytics & Reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the process and governance activities within the unit. Identify, assess, and streamline key processes within CDC for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

• Oversee performance management by identifying, developing, and maintaining meaningful metrics and KPIs to drive success.

• Drive the development and execution of training plans and skills development among CDC teams.

• Ensure compliance requirements are fulfilled timely and with high quality standards.

• Create and develop management-level reports and presentations on cross-functional cybersecurity topics.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience working in cybersecurity or business administration positions. Previous experience from consulting is a plus.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Administration).

• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and technologies, and interest to grow in the field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with people.

• Strong documentation and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
