    Work Schedule: Flexible between Monday-Saturday, 05:00 - 19:00 (8-hour shifts, 5 days a week) Pay: $18-$20 per hour

    About the Role:

    As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the heart of delivering exceptional service to our customers, business partners, and drivers. In this dynamic role, your primary responsibility will be ensuring we fulfill our promises and exceed customer expectations. Your day-to-day activities will involve problem-solving, managing customer concerns, and helping to streamline operations, all while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email in a professional and efficient manner.

    • Handle customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries with empathy and in a calm, solution-focused way.

    • Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.

    • Monitor delivery routes and ensure progress is tracked to meet expected timelines.

    • Scan haul-away pods, verify stamps, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

    • Process changes, cancellations, or adjustments to delivery orders as necessary.

    • Maintain clear communication with internal teams to resolve issues and keep customers informed.

    • Work within a fast-paced, constantly changing environment while meeting performance targets.

    What You'll Need to Excel:

    At a minimum, you'll need:

    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).

    • Ability to multitask and handle multiple inquiries at once while maintaining quality service.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is highly preferred).

    • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a calm, professional demeanor in all situations.

    It's a bonus if you also have:

    • A high school diploma or equivalent.

    • At least 1 year of related experience in a customer service or call center environment.

    • Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to resolve issues effectively and with empathy.

    • Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.

    Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
