    Are you a consumer-oriented marketing professional looking to apply your analytical and creative skills to deliver breakthrough pricing strategies? Do you bring a desire to have fun along the way? We are seeking a Pricing Associate / Sr. Analyst to join the Personal Loans team to help us create and deliver best-in-class credit product offering. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic organization and a fast-paced team committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for one of the key growth levers in the business, will focus on developing and implementing personalized pricing strategies in the fast-growing personal loan product, driving profitable and sustainable growth

    • Evaluate new data sources, create customer segmentation, and use advanced data processing techniques to drive pricing and decisions

    • Monitor the performance of pricing tests and communicate KPI’s to cross functional teams and business leaders

    • Carry out market competitor analysis to monitor movements in the market and identify new product features / incentives that can drive customer acquisition / retention

    • Partner with Product Development, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Brand and Design teams to ensure smooth execution and meeting all control requirements

    • Develop analytical reports and presentations for senior management, executive committees and regulatory exams

    • Maintain execution monitoring tools to mitigate operational risks

    Qualifications

    • 1-5 years of hands-on experience with direct marketing, segmentation, pricing, creative strategy development, market research

    • Master’s (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in quantitative areas like Applied Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines

    • Prior strategy experience in lending business is strongly preferred

    • Strong project management skills

    • Experience working with large data sets and Big Data tools and stack (e.g. Hadoop) is preferred

    • Experience with one or more modeling tools (Python, R, Matlab, SAS, etc.) and one or more mainstream programming languages (Java, C, C++, etc.)

    • Proficient in MS suite and SQL, working experience with Tableau is a plus
