    Job Summary

    The Customer Support Specialist will work with our Technical and Commercial Support team serving as a liaison between technical support, outside sales, and logistics to improve customer service in the US.

    Essential Job Functions

    • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
    • Prepare routine documentation to ensure proper processing of customer orders for logistics.
    • Data entry into CRM system.
    • Conduct stock checks for distribution and subsidiaries.
    • Manage CRM system to execute inquiries for RFQ's, products sourcing, services and solutions, price discrepancies, order tracking and delivery schedules.
    • Proactively communicate with customers on order status, shipping inquiries, material coordination, and logistical issues.
    • You will work with peers, assisting where necessary to assist in maintaining an even workflow between team members
    • Responsible for forwarding calls and/or relevant messages.
    • Taking minutes at meetings
    • Other duties as assigned.

    • Capable of making independent decisions and possess the ability to work with minimal supervision.

    Education and Experience

    • High school degree or equivalent
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    • Strong mathematical/technical/mechanical aptitude
    • Knowledgeable in the Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
