    Job Summary:

    We are searching for an energetic and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you would utilize your exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills to respond to a high volume of calls, tickets and chat messages from our customers. In doing so, you would be required to:

    • Address customer inquiries timely and accurately
    • Troubleshoot customer-related issues and meet our daily performance targets
    • Build positive relationships with our customers
    • Enter media orders and process financial transactions
    • Contribute to an organized online workspace
    • Other duties as required

    Qualifications:

    • College or University Degree (In-Progress or Completed)
    • Fluent in English
    • Customer support experience
    • Experience in a high-volume call center, VOIP, Zendesk, CRM software are all assets
    • Motivated self-starter with access to a quiet workspace and high-speed internet
    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
    • Strong problem-solving abilities
    • Dance or videography experience are assets
    • Legally entitled to work in Canada

    COMPENSATION
    $18.55 - $20.55 per hour
