  • We are looking for a Customer Services Professional to join our team at the Central Monitoring Station (CMS). In this role, you will provide critical support for monitoring and processing alarm signals and after-hours calls for service. You will be responsible for dispatching service technicians, troubleshooting alarm systems, and ensuring outstanding customer service.

    Job Title: Customer Service (CMS)

    Location: Irving, TX

    Pay Range: $15-17

    Shift: 10pm - 6am (overnight)

    What's the Job?

    • Monitoring and processing alarm signals, acknowledging and dispatching appropriate personnel.

    • Generating service tickets and documenting all calls with appropriate resolution codes.

    • Dispatching on-call service technicians and coordinating with emergency authorities when necessary.

    • Creating statistical or investigative reports for management review.

    • Continuously monitoring the alarm signal queue and managing call durations.

    What's Needed?

    • 1-3 years of Sales or Customer Service experience; prior security call center experience preferred.

    • Basic knowledge of Access Control, Fire, and Burglary systems is a plus.

    • Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows (Word) and the internet.

    • Ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
