We are looking for a customer service specialist with experience working customer service within the manufacturing/distribution industry. At least 2-3 years of experience is required, candidates must be able to speak Spanish. This role is fully in the office and does not offer any remote opportunities. Responsibilities

• Process customer orders with 100% accuracy.

• Manage B2B orders for timely processing or orders.

• Manage and respond to a high volume of daily emails

• Update customers with shipping updates, order updates, etc.

• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Data Entry (3 years of experience is required)

• Order Processing (3 years of experience is required)

• Account Management (3 years of experience is required)

• Bilingual - Spanish (3 years of experience is required)
