Customer Service Representative

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Washington, District of Columbia, United States. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be interacting with customers who are on a housing waitlist or looking to apply for the waitlist. Your tasks will be centered around customer service and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers inquiring about the housing waitlist

• Collect and handle physical documents related to customer inquiries

• Update and maintain the company database with accurate customer information

• Execute scanning and filing tasks efficiently

• Perform various clerical and administrative duties as required

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and documentation purposes

• Respond to inbound calls and provide excellent customer service. Requirements - Proven ability to answer inbound calls in a detail oriented and timely manner

• Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service

• Proficient in data entry, with high attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with an emphasis on document creation and formatting TalentMatch®
