Customer Service Representative

Adecco is assisting local company in recruiting for a current Customer Service Representative opening in Sterling, VA. This is for a contract-to-hire opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions for customers, and following up to resolve any issues their customers experience. Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to:

• Take incoming calls from our customers and provide excellent customer service.

• Experience with high volume of calls.

• Ability to place complex orders accurately.

• Proven efficiency in a high-pressure environment.

• Provide a variety of customer support services through mail, telephone, and direct personal contact.

• Respond to customer questions, inquiries, and requests.

• Perform word processing assignments, filing, and related clerical duties.

• Assist with other duties around the office to help.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years minimum work experience.

• Experience with high volume of calls.

• Ability to place complex orders accurately.

• Proven efficiency in a high-pressure environment

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent critical thinking skills

• Type at least 30wpm.

• Must have great attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Perfect attendance is a MUST!

• Candidates must have their own reliable transportation.

• Schedule: Full-Time - 8:00am-4:30pmpm

• The pay for this position is $20/hr.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
