Customer Service Representative

Description

We are on the lookout for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in the retail industry, based in Miami, Florida. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. The chosen candidate will be expected to handle customer inquiries, maintain customer records, and ensure the smooth operation of customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain and update customer credit records accurately

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and text, ensuring prompt resolution

• Utilize the given customer relationship management tool for inquiry research, customer interaction documentation, and issue replacements

• Exhibit enthusiasm and a positive attitude in the daily execution of tasks

• Prepare comprehensive reports on products or services by collecting and analyzing customer information

• Multitask effectively by reading, typing, and navigating through applications while speaking with customers

• Be a reliable and responsible team player, contributing to our collective goals.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish is a must

• Experience in a call center customer service environment.

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with email correspondence and ability to manage detail-oriented communication.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Experience in order entry, ensuring correct details and timely processing.

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, coordinating between multiple parties.

• Fluency in the Spanish language, both written and spoken, is required for this role.
