We are currently offering a $1500 Hiring Bonus The Customer Service Representatives act as a liaison between the customer and Reo, with a primary focus on order management. Potential candidates will need to be able to communicate effectively verbally and via emails to both our external customers and internal staff. Candidates must embody professionalism, patience and a "people-first" attitude. The primary focus of this position is customer support, order processing, data entry, production collaboration and sales support.

HoursMonday-Friday. Start times are flexible but generally start between 7:00-8:00 AM.
Key Tasks- Review new orders for pricing, inventory, price, and expected delivery dates. Work with customer on order changes to complete required order acknowledgement and customer correspondence in order entry system.
- Order entry in Reo's IQMS/Delmiaworks ERP software system.
- Proactively investigate customer needs and anticipate order activity.
- Research customer requests or complaints regarding product availability, shipment, quantity, delivery, and lead time.
- Work closely with Reo's production staff regarding scheduling, material availability, MOQ's, pricing, short lead time orders, and other customer concerns.
- Other general office administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize and stay on task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail (Numerical data especially)
- Strong critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and follow-through on work assigned.
- Must demonstrate organizational skills proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel, and working knowledge of ERP/MRP software.
- Must exhibit relevant and stable work history. We are looking for long-term employees, job-jumpers need not apply.
Preferred Qualifications - Associate or other post-secondary degree
- 2 years of experience in customer service in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with IQMS/Delmiaworks software preferred.
