    Compensation: Annual salary

    On-site position

    F ixed-term employment contract of 8 to 12 months

    As a Customer Service Representative , you will be the frontline contact for our valued customers, handling inquiries related to waste management services. You'll play a vital role in providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role demands strong communication skills, empathy, and quick problem-solving abilities.

    Your daily responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative

    • Manage inbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and carefully.

    • Provide accurate information on services, pricing, and scheduling.

    • Resolve customer issues and ensure their satisfaction.

    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and transactions.

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

    • Strive to exceed customer expectations and foster a positive team environment.

    Our commitment to you:

    • Contract: up to 1-year term, with possible permanent term

    • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

    • Compensation: $45,000 to $50,000 annual salary plus uncap performance-based bonuses

    Your contribution as our Customer Service Representative:

    • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is a plus).

    • 2-3 years of experience in a similar customer service role.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English).

    • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

    • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, TRUX, and Salesforce.

    • Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes efficiently.

    • Positive attitude with a passion for helping others.
