Summary:
Responsible for taking inbound calls from patients for the Medical Marijuana Card Program (MMCP) and process work as it relates to calls and other assigned duties.

One year of call center experience, high school diploma or equivalent is required. attention to detail, problem solving, oral communication, judgment, customer service orientation, listening/comprehension, multi-task oriented, keyboard dexterity. Ability to sit for extended periods of time, type on the computer while talking on the telephone with headset.
