Customer Service Representative

Description

We are looking for a dynamic and diligent individual to fill our Customer Service Representative (CSR) position in our Beverage Distribution company located in Honolulu. This role is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our customers by handling inquiries, orders, and issues in a prompt and professional manner. Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or in person.

• Process customer orders accurately and within required timeline.

• Provide product information and assist customers with their product selection.

• Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues aiming for customer satisfaction.

• Keep records of each customer interaction, details of inquiries, complaints or comments and actions taken.

• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to provide seamless service to customers.

• Assist with promotional activities and stay up-to-date with our product offerings.

Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.

• At least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.

• Ability to handle challenging customer interactions while maintaining professionalism.

• Strong problem-solving skills and high level of accuracy.

• Able to work flexible hours, including some weekends, as require
