Customer Service Representative

Our insurance agency is up to big things! We provide Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance to help protect our clients, and their assets.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
• Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients

Qualifications:

• Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus

• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior

• Must be coachable
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
• Must be motivated and determined

• General Lines Property & Casualty and General Lines Life, Health, & Annuities Insurance licensing (must be able to obtain within 90 days of start date if not already licensed)

No, our compensation plan is unmatched in the marketplace. We offer a base salary with uncapped commission and attractive bonuses.

What can I reasonably expect to make in the first year?
If you follow our sales process, you can expect to make $40,000 - 70,000 in your first year with your base salary, commission, and bonuses.

Is prior insurance sales experience required?
No, you don't need to know anything about insurance or insurance sales to apply. We provide all of the product and sales training that you will need to be successful.

What kind of training will I receive?
