Description We are offering a contract for a Customer Service Representative role in the Waste, Refuse & Environmental Waste Management industry located in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, 60007-5924, United States. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with managing customer interactions, maintaining detailed records, and addressing customer inquiries. You will also oversee customer accounts and act accordingly.
Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner
Keep customer credit records up-to-date and precise
Handle customer disputes in collaboration with other departments
Communicate effectively with other customer service employees and managers, discussing issues, needs, and potential opportunities
Record customer interview information into the computer system
Interact with customers either by phone or in person, receiving orders for installation, changes in service, or discontinuance
Complete contract forms, calculate charges for requested services, collect deposits, manage change of address records, and issue discontinuance orders
Perform general office duties including taking payments, keying in orders, and processing production paperwork
Address complaints regarding billing or service, directing complaints of service failures to the appropriate departments for investigation
Provide services to customers in a way that encourages goodwill
Solve problems or complaints and look for cost-effective, safe, and environmentally friendly solutions to service issues. Requirements - Proficient in answering inbound calls and handling customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
Must have prior experience in a call center customer service setting.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
Excellent data entry skills, ensuring accurate and efficient data recording.
Capable of handling email correspondence, responding to customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.
Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating versatility in communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, utilizing these tools for data management and document creation.
Experience with order entry, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Ability to schedule appointments, managing customer bookings and company schedules effectively. TalentMatch®
