Customer Service/Call Center Representative

Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for an organized Customer Service Representative in Lexington, KY . Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative job include

• MUST have experience in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Extensive data entry

• Will be answering customer questions via phone and email

• Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies

• Greet office visitors and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person based on their needs

• Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail or other materials and answer routine letters

• Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports

Qualifications

• MUST include updated resume to be considered for this position

• MUST live in the Lexington, KY area and have reliable transportation to the office

• Detail oriented

• Strong communication skills

• Highly organized

• Will train in office 2-3 weeks in Lexington, must be present onsite for this training

• Previous Call Center Experience

• Microsoft Office Suite experience required

• Ability to work from home without interruptions or distractions during work hours

• Ability to communicate openly to ensure smooth work flow and no lingering issues

• Ability to maintain professionalism during stressful situations

• Willing and able to learn new tasks quickly

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
