    Job Title: Customer Service Associate Representative

    Location: Lake Mary, FL.(onsite

    Duration: 6 -Months-Contract

    Pay Range is $15.50/hr. on W2

    Job Description:

    Schedule Notes:

    Mon Fri 10-7pm EST Training Schedule Tues Friday 9-6pm or possibly 8:30-5:30 Work from Home but the first day and as needed for events or training will be onsite.

    Duties
    • Delivers basic technical, administrative, or operative Customer Service tasks. Performs simple data entry, sorts requests, and maintains files.
    • Understands simple instructions and procedures. Performs Customer Service duties under direct instruction and close supervision.
    • Work is allocated on a day-to-day or task-by-task basis with clear instructions.
    • Entry point into professional roles.
    3 Non-Negotiable Skills:
    • Phone Skills or Experience
    • Microsoft Outlook exp
    • Tech Savy
