  • WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

    These are part-time, intermittent positions that are expected to work no more than 24 hours per week. These position do NOT come with Health Care benefits or have the ability to earn paid time off . These position will work under direction/supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor and will perform the following job duties:

    Responsibilities include:

    • Fields and responds to inquiries, requests for information and/or complaints from internal and/or external customers received in writing, email, flat mail, telephone and/or other means of communication.
    • Researches answers to customer questions, problem solves to identify solutions, provides access to public resources, escalates calls to supervisor, as appropriate.
    • Operates personal computer and/or computer terminal to enter, update, correct, remove or send data, retrieve/look-up data to verify/provide information or give status of file or application.

    Qualifications

    3 mos. trg. or 3 mos. exp. in office practices & procedures; 1 course or 3 mos. exp. in public relations or customer service to include techniques for dealing with difficult people; 1 course or 3 mos. exp. in typing, keyboarding, data entry or word processing; 1 course or 3 mos. exp. in operation of personal computer.
