Success in this role requires a commitment to serving customers with a positive attitude and a focus on doing the right thing.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Resolve Tier 1 level issues.
- Review and update taxpayer accounts.
- Verify, gather, and update key information simultaneously.
- Educate taxpayers on online resources and current tax policies.
- Submit requests for payment arrangements.
- Participate in all team engagement activities.
- Meet performance expectations.
Required Skills:- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal).

Required Experience:- At least one year in a fast-paced call center
