THE PLAYER

You will provide coaching and training in a safe environment using the CrossFit methodologies.

EVERY DAY, YOU WILL

· Conduct a class while applying the CrossFit program safely and effectively.

· Greet clients upon entering and throughout class.

· Provide post training feedback and cues for improved performance.

· Ensure a standard of proper mechanics at high intensity.

· Identify the primary points of performance of foundational and additional movements.

· Apply appropriate corrections toward improved movement.

· Scale for any ability level.

· Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients to enhance their gym experience.

Requirements:

YOU WILL BE GREAT AT BE FITNESS IF

Education High school diploma or equivalent

Experience and/or Training 3 years CrossFit experience preferred.

Licenses/Certificates CrossFit Level 1 or higher is required.

YOU MUST ALSO HAVEU.S. Work Authorization (required)
