Apple is looking for a very strong Program Manager to create and implement in-store initiatives that will apply across all our Route to Market to drive sales and customer experience. The Program manager will cover the program design, development and delivery of go-to-market strategies of these initiatives. They will be working with a variety of cross functional partners including Staff & Training, In Store Technologies, Product Marketing, Finance, Digital and Merchandising to name a few. These initiatives will be designed to apply across tens of thousands of point of sales of our Consumer Electronic retailers, our Carrier partners, and Apple-only resellers across the world. The XRTM Program Manager is a strategic problem solver and organized teammate. They will drive, project manage and deliver against key initiatives in our channel programs globally, focusing on Security and in-store customer experiences. They will activate on device apps and content, merchandising and staff and connect them with channel partner digital touch points with consumers. The work will include but is not limited to collecting external market research, defining program scope, identifying key deliverables, writing and developing operational program content, working with a cross-functional team to develop full program deliverables, project managing the plan of record, establishing metrics, and tracking deployment and KPIs. This is a critical position with colleagues who depend on your reliability, accuracy, attention to detail and high-quality work. This position also includes other ad hoc projects to support the business on an as needed basis.

    Building and articulating strong cases and strategies around Security, Online to Offline consumer retail strategies and using existing in-store platform for showcasing customer experiences (assisted and unassisted) across multiple route to markets Creating comprehensive program plans and establishing a plan of record and managing the whole lifecycle of the project across design, development, delivery and deployment. Conducting & Collecting external market research to support strategies. Gather internal and external best practices. Drafting program communications Following up and communicating with all parties involved in a project, which may include Cross-functional global teams and teams in regions around the world, to keep projects on track Providing regular updates to business owners and company executives Collecting, analyzing and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data Creating reports and presentations to show both strategies, program status' and results Completing ad hoc business projects, which may include analytics

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Undergraduate degree required

    • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience

    • Minimum 5 years of Commercial Experience managing channels in multiple route to markets

    • An understanding of how the customer journey connects physical and digital interactions is a must

    • Experience in effectively managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously

    • Previous experience in setting sales or retail strategy

    • Experience working with Security and Loss Prevention organizations

    • Ability to create a phenomenal customer and partner experience

    • Ability to stay on top of details while maintaining a big picture view, have sense of urgency, and follow-through

    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ability to adapt quickly and think creatively

    • Proficient in Excel and Keynote

    • Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills

    • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,500 and $263,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
